MONTEREY BAY AQUARIUM - Each year the MBA has a few days that are just for homeschoolers. Check their website to see how you can take your family for free! They begin to take reservations on September 14 at 9am. www.montereybayaquarium.org/education/home-school-days
SIX FLAGS DISCOVERY KINGDOM - Each year Six Flags has one day just for homeschoolers. This year it is November 11. Tickets start at $25.61 (if purchased by Oct. 24) prices go up for there. ALOHA FESTIVAL - Every year the Manaleo Hawaiian Cultural Foundation host a festival celebrating Hawaiian and Polynesian culture. This year is the 9th annual Aloha Festival at the Napa Valley Expo on September 17-18 starting at 10 am. Admission and parking are free. Visit: www.manaleohcf.org/aloha-festival/
HILLSIDE SCHOOL OF WORSHIP - Takes place at Hillside Christian Church. School of worship is a hands-on way to discover God given passions, develop skills in worship through tech and music, and release gifts in the local church. Completely free, classes are done in an interactive, group setting, and are open to anyone ages 12 and up. Fall Semester Orientation is on Thursday, September 1 at 5pm in the HCC Auditorium.
