Aug. 11, 2008 Suggested start date for fall quarter
  Course of Study due for all students
  Course descriptions due for high school students
  Tuition due for payments being made quarterly
   
Oct. 1-31 Testing period for high school students taking essay competency exam
   
Oct. 17, 2008 End of first quarter- records/tuition due
   
Jan. 16, 2009 End of second quarter-records/tuition due
   
March 27, 2009 End of third quarter-records/tuition due
   
June 5, 2009 End of fourth quarter- records/tuition due
   
May/June Graduation/promotion ceremonies for Napa, Livermore and San Mateo

All records are due within 2 weeks of due date or when designated by area coordinator. Late fees will be charged for late records unless arrangements for extenuating circumstances are made with the HCA office.

If your student is taking a community college course in which quarterly grades are not issued, please submit the report card with an “IP” for in progress for such courses.


Record due dates:

  • Course of study- (All students) due at the beginning of the school year.
  • Course Descriptions- (high school) due at the beginning of the school year or when a course is added.

    Course descriptions are not required for:

    Community college courses
    AP courses

    *Courses from Abeka, Alpha Omega, or BJUP unless the content is altered from that which is designated by the publisher.

  • Report cards- (All students) quarterly
  • Quarterly objectives and evaluations- ( grades 1-8) quarterly
  • Jr. high transcript worksheets-(grades 7-8) and the end of the school year
  • High school transcript worksheets- (grades 9-12) and the end of the school year and whenever an updated transcript is requested, i.e., at the end of a semester.
  • Attendance- attendance is to be recorded at the bottom of each report card
