HCA is currently owned and administrated by Steve and Cindi Frediani. Together with the HCA area coordinators: Walter and Leslie Gowen, Les and Christine Yee, Jon and Jen Niemi and Monte and Karen Koch, they provide a wealth of experience in all areas of home education from teaching techniques to guidance in choosing curriculum. All members of the HCA staff have had over a decade of teaching experience with their own children as well as the instruction of other students.

We view homeschooling as a privilege and a blessing granted to us by The Creator who entrusted us with the guardianship of His children. It is the desire of our hearts to strengthen and encourage other homeschooling parents through prayer and practical support.
